
The large-scale PV power plant in the Republican County was built in the Khan prime Qia Boqia Village Industrial Park. The area available is above 3000 acres, the total installed capacity is 10MW and the capacity of the first phase is 5MW. The project used the data automatic detection intelligence maintenance system, and the arrangement square array used the highly effective mono-crystalline silicon solar modules. The system adopts the dual-axis track method and generates by 35KV step-up on-grid. It’ s the largest scale dual-axis tracking system application in China.




In April 2009, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction of housing and urban and rural areas organized the declaration of demonstration project about the solar PV architecture application. Yangzhou JA Solar Research & Development eventually approved four projects, which are the 1.1076MW Yangzhou National Exhibition Center Project, the 973.5kW Yangzhou Bureau of National Affairs Project, the 1.0346MW Yangzhou Gymnasium Project, the 183.6kW Jiangsu Province Subei People’s Hospital and which total installed capacity is 3.2993MW. The first-year generating capacity of Yangzhou Bureau of National Affairs Project is about 1,168,000kWh. The design life the system is 25 years and its total generating capacity for 25 years is about 26,561,000kWh. The average annual energy output of the Subei People’s Hospital is 185,700kWh. The "Yangzhou R&D Center Mansion PV-curtain wall Project", based on the premise of not changing the architectural style of the whole curtain wall, installed PV-curtain wall on the east facade relative to the entrance of Yangzhou Battery R&D Center Mansion, which is not only keeping the aesthetics of the surface of curtain wall, but utilize the PV-modules to generate electricity.
The area of the east facade relative to the entrance of the mansion is about 540m2, on which 135 pieces of specially designed mono-crystalline silicon double-layer-hollow modules are installed (Single piece specification: 0.962m2, 75 W), leading to a gross power up to 10.1 kW. The 135 pieces of modules, which are in the facade installations, connect to the user-side-city grid via AC-PDC in the forms of 27 series connections and 5 parallel connections switching on 10kW three-phase inverter.

The project covers an area (roof) of 450m² with installed capacity of 29.64KW and life of 25 years. According to information of ground radiation of Beijing, the generating capacity of the inaugural year is approximately 33900 KWH. The solar photovoltaic power project will add up to produce 819000 KWH of electricity in the 25-year design lifetime, which is equivalent to save 320.3 tons of standard coals and reduce the emission of 833.3 tons of carbon dioxide, 7.6 tons of sulfur dioxide and 2.1 tons of nitrogen oxide. In addition, it reduces the emission of large amount of dust and soot. In fact, because of the excellent performance of the solar modules and related equipments adopted in this project and meticulous design for the system, the actual annual generated capacity is 10%-20% more than its calculated generated capacity.

This project is located in Xingtai State PV high-tech industrialization base. Its special geographical position endows it with very good publicity effect and its successful construction and stable operation will become our PV engineering company’s best “card” in the national-level photovoltaic base. The project total capacity installed 26.57kWp, including 17.76kWp roof of the factory building part adopting 96 pieces of JAM5-185 modules, 5.55kWp ground part adopting 30 pieces of JAM5-185 modules, 3.36kWp building office BIPV part adopting 32 pieces of transparent modules. It’s in the DG (Distributed Generation) at the low-voltage side by 5 inverters which has farthest improved the power capacity and power utilization efficiency of the entire system. The monitoring device can also monitor the environmental conditions such as environmental temperature, module temperature, irradiation, wind speed and orientation. It can help to ensure the stability of the system operation.

The project is the reconstruction donation project after 7.1-magnitude earthquake in Qinghai Yushu. Yushu is located at latitude 33.1°, longitude 96.7°and the average altitude is 4493m. The inner area of a single house is 30-35m². The installed capacity approximately is 2KW. The system can supply the power to a single house for the daily illumination and the operated medical equipment. There are 8 sets of the system, 16KW in all.

The project is the “love PV power project” planned and constructed by Yangzhou JA Solar PV Engineering Co., Ltd. together with Overseas Chinese Economic & Cultural Foundation. The installed capacity of the project is 14.28kWp. There are 4 love schools in remote areas of Jiangsu and Hebei province. The total generating capacity of the first year after the system was put into use is 21,700 kWh. The total generating capacity can reach 486,600 kWh during 25-year life span. The system can bring clean energy to the love schools and at the same time it can also satisfy the school daily electricity demand. In addition, the LED display system equipped in the PV system has provided a set of teaching, publicity, which integrated modern platform and will seed the “using clean energy” consciousness to every student’s heart.

We are responsible for the design, construction and installation of 7000 watt complementation of wind and solar power supply system for the monitoring device in Chongming national wetland reserve. The total power of this remote monitoring system is about 600w, 24-hour uninterrupted work. As the project site lies in marshy area, the power supply and monitoring system were required to have a high reliability and high stability. The service life was designed to be over 8 years.

This project is located in Jellanam-do Korea. The area is 79503m2. Construction period: 2009/05/25-2009/8/25. The materials include 17500 pieces of solar modules, 12 units of inverts, 1 set of TR3000KVA 380/22.9V control system and 162 units of single axle trackers.
