Multi-crystalline Silicon Solar Cells

  • Our products are well sorted by strict visual appearance criteria.
  • We have two steps of efficiency sorting:
    • First we sort the cells by their efficiency.
    • Then within the same bin, we perform a secondary sorting according to the Impp; This narrow work current classification ensures the uniformity of our cells' electrical, which avoid module mismatches.
  • Excellent low irradiation response due to the shunt resistance check on each cell, and due to the abandon of low shunt cells; this also decrease hot spot in module.
  • Using reference solar cells from ISE lab, along with our regularly GRR test, assure our calibration accuracy.

To make sure our product quality is steady and reliable, we continuously perform quality improving management and daily statistic process control.

High precision patterning using screen printing, ensuring accurate busbar location for ease with automatic soldering a laser cutting.
