| Mr. Huaijin Yang (Samuel Yang) |

| Mr. Yang is the founder and has been Chief Executive Officer since 2005. Before founding JA Solar, he established Sunshine International Australia Pty Ltd in 1997 and Shanghai Tianxin Electronic Pty Ltd in 2002. In addition, Mr. Yang was also a cofounder of Suntech Power Co., Ltd. and CEEG Nanjing PV-tech Co. He held an executive position at Suntech Power Co., Ltd from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Yang received his Master Degree in Economics from Macquarie University in Australia and his Bachelor Degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. |

| Dr. Elmer M. Hsu, Ph.D. |

| Dr. Hsu was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2008. Dr. Hsu worked at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, or ITRI, in Taiwan from 2000 to 2007, where he served as vice president of ITRI and general director of the RFID (or radio-frequency identification) and Security Technology Center. Prior to that, he worked at Hughes Electronics Company from 1981 to 2000, where he served in several positions, including executive director/vice president for product effectiveness, executive leadership council member, senior director for product assurance and total quality management, laboratory manager for process and industrial engineering, and department manager for process engineering. He served as a senior scientist at Lockheed Electronics Company in Texas from 1974 to 1980. Dr. Hsu received his Ph.D. degree and master's degree in mathematics & statistics from University of Louisiana. |

| Mr. Daniel Lui |

| Mr. Lui has been Chief Financial Officer of JA Solar since May 2008. He has over 18 years of professional and commercial accounting experience, and carries the credentials of Chartered Accountant (British Columbia, Canada) and CPA-inactive (Washington, USA). Prior to joining JA Solar, Mr. Lui held executive positions at both a Nasdaq listed company and a technology startup. Mr. Lui received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa and Masters of Business Administration from University of Alberta. |

| Dr. Qingtang Jiang |
| Vice President of Operations, Acting CTO |
| Dr. Jiang has been our Vice President of Operations, since September 2007. Dr. Jiang has over 15 years experience in operation management, new product and technology development, and academic research at national laboratories in the U.S. Prior to joining us, Dr. Jiang has served as vice president of technology and development at Huahong NEC Electronics Company since August 2005. From 2001 to 2005, Dr. Jiang worked at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, where he was a senior director in charge of operations for Fab 3 and Fab 1. Prior to his return to China, Dr. Jiang worked for several major semiconductor companies in the U.S. from 1994 to 2001, including Texas Instruments, National Semiconductor and Siliconix, in both technology development and manufacturing areas. Prior to 1994, Dr. Jiang worked in the academic field and served as a staff scientist at Superconducting Supercollider, a U.S. national laboratory. Dr. Jiang received his M.S. and Ph.D degrees from Rutgers University in the U.S. in 1989 and 1992, respectively, and his B.S. degree from Beijing University in China in 1985. |

| Ms. Jane Wu |
| Vice President of Business Development |
| Ms. Wu has been Vice President of Business Development since September 2007. She has over 15 years experience in business development in semiconductor industry. Prior to joining JA Solar, Ms. Wu held managerial and technical positions in business development and engineering at Applied Materials, CiWest and Rockwell Semiconductor. Ms. Wu received her Bachelor Degree in Physics from Shanghai University of Technology. |

| Mr. Raymond P. Wilson |
| Vice President of Sales and Marketing |
| Mr. Wilson joined JA Solar September 2007. He has 15 years experience in sales and marketing. He was a manager of sales and marketing at Crane Copper and responsible for international account management. He also worked at Crane Enfield as a national account manager and at CEM Fittings as a manager. Mr. Wilson received his Master Degree in Engineering Management from University of Technology in Sydney and Bachelor Degree in Engineering from NSW Institute of Technology in Australia. |
